The research was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Milan-Bicocca (ie, approval 0061757/20 on September 25, 2020) and of the Foundation IRCCS Carlo Besta Neurological Institute Foundation (ie, approval number 75 on September 16, 2020). This study followed the ethical standards outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (1964) and its subsequent revisions.
