Intrinsic Motivation, Attitudes, and Practices of Young Physicians Regarding Scientific Research: Cross-Sectional Study in China

Intrinsic Motivation, Attitudes, and Practices of Young Physicians Regarding Scientific Research: Cross-Sectional Study in China

Variables in univariate analysis with a P value of less than .05 were included in multivariate analysis. Additionally, path analysis, a component of structural equation modeling (SEM), was used to explore relationships and potential mediation effects among intrinsic motivation, attitudes, practices, and demographic factors. A 2-sided P value of less than .05 was considered statistically significant for all statistical tests. A total of 541 samples were initially collected.

Effect of Uncertainty-Aware AI Models on Pharmacists’ Reaction Time and Decision-Making in a Web-Based Mock Medication Verification Task: Randomized Controlled Trial

All the variables were well-balanced according to P values (P>.05). However, according to the effect sizes, some variables were unbalanced. Age had the largest value (0.68). Sex had the only true “small” effect size of 0.07 SD units. The rest were within the range of 0.07 and 0.42 SD units. Pharmacist demographics. a Effect size: Cohen’s d, the others are Cohen’s omega. Cohen’s omega chosen over phi coefficient due to zero cells.

Consumer-Grade Neurofeedback With Mindfulness Meditation: Meta-Analysis

Consumer-Grade Neurofeedback With Mindfulness Meditation: Meta-Analysis

We conducted 2 different approaches, trim-and-fill, which corrects for publication bias in small samples, and 3-parameter selection models which explicitly model the proportion of studies below a p-threshold. We considered applying p-curve approaches, but they require at least 3 significant findings which was not the case for multiple models. A PRISMA flow diagram is shown in Figure 2 (PRISMA checklist provided in Multimedia Appendix 2).

Enhancing Physician-Patient Communication in Oncology Using GPT-4 Through Simplified Radiology Reports: Multicenter Quantitative Study

P values Between October 2023 and December 2023, the study included 698 patients for analysis. The cohort consisted predominantly of female patients (408/698, 58.45%), as detailed in Table 1. The age range of the participants varied significantly, with the youngest aged 24 years and the oldest aged 82 years, resulting in an average age of 55.27 (SD 12.66) years. A substantial majority of the patients (598/698, 85.67%) were aged Basic characteristics of patients.
