In terms of frequency, respondents had the highest preference for tracking headache days weekly (30/56, 53.6%) followed by daily (15/56, 26.8%) and monthly (8/56, 14.3%), with a tracking frequency of every 3 months being the least preferred (3/56, 5.4%). Respondents indicated a similar preference for how frequently they would like to be reminded to record a headache day. Most respondents preferred to have control over the frequency of headache tracking reminders (42/56, 75%).

Headache is one of the most common neurological symptoms in children, with a reported prevalence of 54.4% to 58.4% in previous population-based studies [1-4]. Using an appropriate approach in the differential diagnosis of pediatric headache is critical because it can potentially impact children’s quality of life in a significant manner [5,6].

These medications were selected as evidence-based preventive treatments for migraine in accordance with American Headache Society guidelines and because their side effect profiles are well known [16]. Next, we algorithmically compiled all posts containing each drug in separate documents. To use computational linguistics terminology, each document represents a corpus for a medication; each post within that corpus further represents a text.

The e-learning part aimed at refreshing the major contents of the simulation (headache with red flags, epileptic seizure, and the handover tool “Introduction, Situation, Background, Assessment, and Recommendation” [ISBAR] [31-33]), which had already been covered by the respective curricula.
The on-site part was scheduled for 3 consecutive days, with each day consisting of 3 separate 3-hour time slots.

Migraine is a highly debilitating primary headache disorder. Long-term education for migraine is essential to help patients, identify triggers, use medications appropriately, and adopt lifestyle changes that can reduce the frequency and severity of attacks [1-3]. Large language models (LLMs), complex artificial intelligence systems trained on extensive data sets to produce human-like text responses, are promising tools for patient education.

Characteristics at enrollment survey and side effects of COVID-19 vaccines reported by participants at the first or second vaccine dose, by self-reported diabetic status.
a Percentage not shown for
The a ORs for having any or individual vaccine side effects were consistently lower for participants reporting having diabetes compared with those not reporting diabetes, with notable reductions in the risk of side effects such as fatigue and headache (Figure 2).

After the latent period, symptoms such as fever, headache, lymphadenopathy, and myalgia persist for approximately 1 to 5 days, followed by the development of a rash. The eruptions often appear on the face and extremities and gradually elevate, forming bullae, pustules, crusting, and eventually heal 2 to 4 weeks after onset. The fatality rate is reported to be 0%-11% and tends to be higher in children; however, no deaths have been reported in the developed nations [11,12].

As headache disorders impact the community, opportunities to analyze real-world data are likely to enrich our understanding of these disorders and may aid in symptom management.
Despite the advances in treatments, the management of headache disorder is often suboptimal, generally due to misdiagnosis or underdiagnosis of the disease. Lack of training in diagnosing and managing headache disorders is also an important reason for inadequate headache health care [18,19].

Signs and symptoms included fever, cough, headache, fatigue, dyspnea, chills, sore throat, myalgia, anosmia, diarrhea, vomiting or nausea, and abdominal pain, consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) definitions [7,20]. If none of the above signs or symptoms were detected in the EMR, the patient was categorized as asymptomatic.
