Among lower-income countries, postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is typically the most common cause of maternal mortality and remains among the top causes in higher-income countries. In the United States, hemorrhage accounted for 11.0% of deaths between 2011 and 2016 [1-4]. To address maternal hemorrhage, maternal hemorrhage protocols have been implemented, which incorporate prospective PPH risk assessment to tailor PPH prophylactic and management approaches for patients’ individual risk profiles.

Automatic Detection of Adverse Drug Events in Geriatric Care: Study Proposal
Regarding ADE triggers, clinical conditions (eg, hypotension, shock, and acute kidney failure) and procedures (eg, postoperative control of hemorrhage, drainage of hematoma, or surgical treatment of venous or arterial thromboembolism) will be identified from hospital discharge data using algorithms based on ICD-10-German Modification diagnostic codes and CHOP codes, respectively. Biological triggers of ADEs (ie, abnormal laboratory values) will be detected by algorithms applied to laboratory test results.

It is a not-so-rare complication of aneurysmal meningeal hemorrhage. This occurs in the acute phase of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Unlike LVOTO, beta receptor overstimulation results in myocardial sideration. The common feature of the two conditions is the worsening with the use of catecholamines.

Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) by aneurysmal rupture accounts for 1% to 5% of all strokes [1,2]. One of the main complications conditioning SAH prognosis is cerebral arterial vasospasm, which occurs in 50% to 70% of cases [3]. Cerebral vasospasm is mostly asymptomatic, but may be complicated by secondary ischemic neurological deficit. Early management of asymptomatic forms of vasospasm can prevent ischemic complications and improve functional prognosis [4].

For the CAD of gastrointestinal ulcers or hemorrhage using WCE images, the primary outcomes were defined as follows: TP, the number of patients with a positive finding by a CAD model and who had ulcers or hemorrhage as evidenced by WCE images; FP, the number of patients with a positive finding by a CAD model and who did not have ulcers or hemorrhage based on WCE images; FN, the number of patients with a negative finding by a CAD model and who had ulcers or hemorrhage as evidenced by WCE images; and TN, number
